In the latest of the wild and crazy actions performed by Chicago native and worldwide superstar producer turned rapper, Kanye West has outdone himself. Kanye has held back on a release date for his newest album Yandhi. The original release date of September 29, 2018 was missed significantly as Kanye said he was working out kinks and trying to make the album the best it could be. As anticipation and speculation grew, nobody but Mr. West himself could have thought of this. For his latest release of his “geode” Yeezy 700 v2’s, Kanye decided to sell them in small quantities from small pop up lemonade stands around neighborhoods throughout Chicago. West was at one of the booths making sales, and it has now been discovered that the 50 pairs from his stands contain a physical USB drive of the album under the insole of the shoe. This was discovered by a 15 year old Calabasas native named Braxtyn. Braxtyn was sawing open his pair of “geode” Yeezy 700 v2’s when he stumbled upon the USB. He nor anyone else who is in possible ownership of the shoes and the album inside has uploaded the music onto the internet. Publisher Sneaker Freak has stated that Kanye came up with the idea after he felt that Nike had taken design cues from his sneakers to make their own. Kanye decided to take something Nike had done and tried to revolutionize it, Mr. West went after the Nike+ idea and took his time to implement it. This is presumably why the album missed its original release date.
